Spreading laughter for more than a century

The Laughing Cow® was launched in 1921 in France. It was a revolution: the first portioned processed cheese that could be easily preserved and transported, thanks to its unique aluminium packaging. And who doesn’t know the hilarious cow logo?

Following its French success, in 1929, the cheese portions with their unique taste and creamy texture conquered the world as the brand launched in several more countries. In 2022, it extended its laughter and nutrition to the out-of-home market with The Laughing Cow® Professional range.
