A classic burger with beef, salad, a slice of The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar, and sauteed shallots in a wholewheat bun. The shallots add some sweetness to the burger.

  1. Peel and mince the shallot. Sauté it over low heat in the olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Cook the beef patty on the grill.
  3. Using a bread knife, slice the burger bun in half. Place the lettuce leaf on the base, then place the hamburger patty while still warm and top with the slice of The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar.
  4. Arrange the sautéed shallot on top. Close the bread. Warm briefly 2-3 minutes before serving.
