Ingredients
- 835 g potatoes
- 1250 g frozen broccolis
- 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 3 g salt
- pepper
- 170 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
- 40 g slivered almonds
- 80 g plain breadcrumbs
Preparation
- Wash the potatoes and boil them for 40 minutes.
- Steam the broccoli in the oven at 90°C for 10 minutes.
- Mix the milk, salt and pepper with The Laughing Cow® Professional.
- Roast the almonds in the oven.
- In a gastronorm tray, spread the potatoes, broccoli and almonds.
- Coat with The Laughing Cow® Professional mixture.
- Cover with breadcrumbs and broil for 10 minutes.
