An easy and straightforward recipe with broccoli, potatoes, and a mixture of milk and The Laughing Cow® Professional Original seasoned with salt and pepper. Add roasted almonds and a layer of breadcrumbs for a nice crunch.

Ingredients

  • 835 g potatoes
  • 1250 g frozen broccolis
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 3 g salt
  • pepper
  • 170 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
  • 40 g slivered almonds
  • 80 g plain breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them for 40 minutes.
  2. Steam the broccoli in the oven at 90°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the milk, salt and pepper with The Laughing Cow® Professional.
  4. Roast the almonds in the oven.
  5. In a gastronorm tray, spread the potatoes, broccoli and almonds.
  6. Coat with The Laughing Cow® Professional mixture.
  7. Cover with breadcrumbs and broil for 10 minutes.
