Ingredients
- 500 g of cooked noodle-type pasta
- 500 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Grated Gran Vegiano
- 250 g vegan mayonnaise
- 50 g chives
- freshly ground pepper, turmeric, black salt
- 20 sl sandwich bread
- 250 g baby spinach
Preparation
- Lightly mix the pasta and the Nurishh® Grated Gran Vegiano powder.
- Add the vegan mayonnaise, chives, pepper, turmeric, and black salt.
- Generously top a slice of bread, close and start again.
- Add the baby spinach shoots, cut in half and close the club.
