- 200 g The Laughing Cow® Original
- 500 g button mushrooms
- 20 g butter
- 1000 g celeriac
- 1900 ml vegetable bouillon
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash the button mushrooms, cut them into a brunoise and sauté in the butter over high heat.
- Cook the celeriac in the vegetable bouillon, add The Laughing Cow® Professional and blend to obtain a homogeneous creamy soup.
- Check the seasoning before adding the mushrooms and serve hot.
