- 500 g frozen sliced mushrooms
- 750 g frozen sliced leeks
- 500 g quinoa mixture
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 150 g uncooked lentils
- 30 g vegetable stock
- 1800 ml water
- 200 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
Preparation
- Steam the mushrooms and leeks in the steam oven for 10 minutes.
- Sauté the quinoa in the sunflower oil until soft.
- Add the lentils, leeks and mushrooms to the quinoa mixture.
- Dilute the vegetable stock in the water and pour over the preparation.
- Cook for 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
- Mix the rest of the vegetable stock with The Laughing Cow® Professional.
- Pour over and cook for 10 minutes.
