This vegetarian dish combines leeks, mushrooms and lentils on a base of quinoa. Mix in The Laughing Cow® Professional Original to obtain a creamy texture and taste and harmonize all ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen sliced mushrooms
  • 750 g frozen sliced leeks
  • 500 g quinoa mixture
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 150 g uncooked lentils
  • 30 g vegetable stock
  • 1800 ml water
  • 200 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original

Preparation

  1. Steam the mushrooms and leeks in the steam oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté the quinoa in the sunflower oil until soft.
  3. Add the lentils, leeks and mushrooms to the quinoa mixture.
  4. Dilute the vegetable stock in the water and pour over the preparation.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
  6. Mix the rest of the vegetable stock with The Laughing Cow® Professional.
  7. Pour over and cook for 10 minutes.
