Suitable for hot and cold use, it’s perfect for various dishes including gratins, sandwiches, soups, mashed potatoes, pizzas, and vegetables. Also available in a 5,5 kg format, suitable for large production units.

Conservation

Store in the refrigerator between +4°C and +12°C. After opening, can be stored closed in the refrigerator and reused for up to 3 days.
