- 200 g lettuce
- 20 g grated celery root
- 1 g freshly grated horseradish
- 50 g smoked trout fillets
- 50 g cooked prawns
- 10 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 0,25 lemon
- 1 g dill
Preparation
- Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on a serving plate, add the celery root and grate the horseradish on top.
- Place the smoked trout fillet and prawns evenly across the lettuce.
- Sprinkle Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice over the salad.
- Finish the salad with a piece of lemon and a little dill.
