Ingredients
- 15 g shallots
- 2 g garlic
- 5 g butter
- 50 g large button mushrooms
- 1 burger bun
- 30 g iceberg lettuce
- 10 g spring onions
- 45 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 140 g ground beef patties
- grapeseed oil
- 50 g pineapple tomatoes
- 20 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar
Preparation
- Prepare the mushroom duxelles: chop the shallots and garlic and sauté them in a saucepan with the butter until soft.
- Add the finely diced mushrooms.
- Season and cook over low heat.
- Toast the burger bun under the salamander and top with the mushroom duxelles.
- Slice the salad into a chiffonade and stir in the chopped spring onions and Boursin® Professional Cuisine.
- Spoon the mixture over the mushrooms.
- Make a hole in the middle of the burger patty with a cookie cutter and cook it in grapeseed oil.
- Once cooked, set the patty on the salad and add the Boursin® Professional Cuisine in the hole in the middle of the burger.
- Add a slice of tomato, a slice of The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar and pass under the salamander to melt the cheese.
- Add the remaining Boursin® Professional Cuisine on the underside of the top bun and close the burger.
