The arugula in this sandwich adds a spicy and nutty flavour that pairs up nicely with chicken. The cucumber and tomato add juiciness to the sandwich and the Kiri® Professional Cooking & Spreading gives a creamy subtaste to the whole sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 10 g arugula leaves
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon of cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 country baguette
  • 30 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
  • 8 thin round slices of cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cooked chicken strips

Preparation

  1. Rinse the arugula and spin dry. Mix the oil, vinegar and season the salad.
  2. Cut the bread in half and spread with Kiri® Professional.
  3. Arrange the arugula, raw vegetables and cooked chicken strips successively in the bread, taking care to alternate the ingredients.
  4. Close the bread and refrigerate until ready to serve.
