Ingredients
- 10 g arugula leaves
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon of cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 country baguette
- 30 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
- 8 thin round slices of cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 3 cooked chicken strips
Preparation
- Rinse the arugula and spin dry. Mix the oil, vinegar and season the salad.
- Cut the bread in half and spread with Kiri® Professional.
- Arrange the arugula, raw vegetables and cooked chicken strips successively in the bread, taking care to alternate the ingredients.
- Close the bread and refrigerate until ready to serve.
