Ingredients

  • 215 g Kiri® Professional Bloc
  • 170 g caster sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 8 g Matcha powder
  • 365 g flour
  • 5.5 g baking powder
  • 215 g granulated brown sugar
  • 375 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (oven setting 5).
  2. Mix the Kiri® Professional, sugar, egg yolks, egg whites and Matcha powder until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and granulated brown sugar. At the end, add the chocolate previously broken into chips with a knife.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out portions of the dough and place them on a Teflon® baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
