- 215 g Kiri® Professional Bloc
- 170 g caster sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 8 g Matcha powder
- 365 g flour
- 5.5 g baking powder
- 215 g granulated brown sugar
- 375 g dark chocolate
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (oven setting 5).
- Mix the Kiri® Professional, sugar, egg yolks, egg whites and Matcha powder until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder and granulated brown sugar. At the end, add the chocolate previously broken into chips with a knife.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out portions of the dough and place them on a Teflon® baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
