- 1 burger bun
- 1 beef patty
- 15 g lettuce
- 45 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 15 g pink radishes
- 20 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar
- 1 Green Zebra tomato
- 4 g fried onions
Preparation
- Toast the burger bun under the salamander and cook the beef patty.
- Cut the lettuce into a chiffonade and stir in the Boursin® Professional Cuisine. Spoon the mixture onto the bottom burger bun.
- Add the sliced pink radishes, the cooked patty and a slice of The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar. Pass under the salamander to melt the cheese.
- Cut the green tomato into slices and place on the cheese. Sprinkle with fried onions.
- Put the rest of the Boursin® Professional Cuisine on the top of the burger and close.
