  1. Toast the burger bun under the salamander and cook the beef patty.
  2. Cut the lettuce into a chiffonade and stir in the Boursin® Professional Cuisine. Spoon the mixture onto the bottom burger bun.
  3. Add the sliced pink radishes, the cooked patty and a slice of The Laughing Cow® Professional Toastinette® Cheddar. Pass under the salamander to melt the cheese.
  4. Cut the green tomato into slices and place on the cheese. Sprinkle with fried onions.
  5. Put the rest of the Boursin® Professional Cuisine on the top of the burger and close.
