- 1 thin pizza crust
- 60 g tomato sauce
- 80 g chicken cooked under vacuum
- 40 g roasted eggplant slices
- 40 g roasted peppers in oil
- 100 g pizza cheese
- thyme
- 30 g Boursin® Professional Squeeze Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese sauce
Preparation
- Roll out the pizza dough. Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
- Arrange the cooked chicken pieces, roasted eggplant slices, and roasted pepper in strips over the sauce-covered dough.
- Cover with cheese and thyme.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Once the pizza is ready, create a grid pattern on top using the Boursin® Professional Squeeze.
