Pizza Provençale

A pizza topped with chicken, eggplant and peppers. Then, it is covered in cheese and thyme, to obtain a typical Provençal touch. The grid pattern made with Boursin® Professional Squeeze Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese sauce makes of this pizza not only a feast in the mouth, but also a feast for the eyes.

Ingredients

  • 1 thin pizza crust
  • 60 g tomato sauce
  • 80 g chicken cooked under vacuum
  • 40 g roasted eggplant slices
  • 40 g roasted peppers in oil
  • 100 g pizza cheese
  • thyme
  • 30 g Boursin® Professional Squeeze Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese sauce

Preparation

  1. Roll out the pizza dough. Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
  2. Arrange the cooked chicken pieces, roasted eggplant slices, and roasted pepper in strips over the sauce-covered dough.
  3. Cover with cheese and thyme.
  4. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  5. Once the pizza is ready, create a grid pattern on top using the Boursin® Professional Squeeze.
