  • 2000 g frozen julienne vegetable mix
  • 3000 g frozen broccolis
  • 5 frozen savoury puff pastry crusts
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g pepper
  • 800 ml liquid eggs
  • 1200 ml milk
  • 1000 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs

Preparation

  1. Place the julienne vegetables and broccoli in the steam oven at 90°C for 5 minutes, drain.
  2. Divide the vegetables among the crusts.
  3. In a mixer, mix the salt, pepper, eggs, milk and Boursin® Professional Cuisine.
  4. Fill the pie crusts with the mixture and bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
  5. Serve in a suitable serving platter.
