Ingredients
The pre-bake puff pastry
- a little grease for the pie tin
- 1 disc of puff pastry
The cheese preparation
- 1 egg
- 1 vanilla pod
- 62,5 granulated sugar
- 500 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
- 15 g freeze-dried raspberries
Preparation
The pre-bake puff pastry
- Grease the pie pan.
- Place the disc of puff pastry in the pan, covering the edges as well.
- Pierce the dough with a fork.
- Pre-bake the dough in the oven at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
The cheese preparation
- Break the eggs into a bowl.
- Add the vanilla pod and sugar.
- Mix with a whisk to slightly dissolve the sugar in the mixture of eggs and vanilla.
- Add half of the Kiri® Professional, beat with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Add the other half of the Kiri® Professional and whisk.
- Pour the preparation over the pre-cooked puff pastry and fold in the freeze-dried raspberries.
- Bake the cheesecake until lightly brown.
