This simple yet refined avocado toast was created by the French 2 Michelin starred chef Jean-François Piège. The Kiri® Professional Cooking & Spreading enhances the creaminess of the avocado and the apples add some acidity to balance out the taste.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 55 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 3 dr Tabasco® sauce
- salt
- 2 sprigs of chopped coriander
- 4 sl wholemeal toast
- 1 Granny Smith apple (julienned)
- Espelette pepper
- olive oil
Preparation
- Mash the avocado, mixing it with the Kiri® Professional.
- Season with the lime juice and zest, Tabasco® sauce, salt and sprigs of chopped coriander.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the avocado puree on the toasted bread.
- Sprinkle the julienned Granny Smith apple on the avocado.
- Add the Espelette pepper and olive oil.
