This bagel with avocado, bacon and tomato is the new and improved BLT, where the lettuce is replaced by avocado. Add some Kiri® Professional Cooking & Spreading for extra creaminess and garnish on a sesame poppyseed bagel.

Ingredients

  • 1 sesame poppyseed bagel
  • 30 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
  • 0.5 heirloom tomato
  • 1 slice of bacon
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 4 leaves of arugula
  • 4 leaves of fresh basil
  • 4 drops of lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Take the sesame poppyseed bagel and cut in half.
  2. Spread Kiri® Professional on the inner part.
  3. Garnish with thin slices of heirloom tomato.
  4. Take the crunchy cooked bacon and the ripe avocado.
  5. Place them on the tomato.
  6. Add a bit of arugula and a leaf of fresh basil.
  7. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice.
