- 2 dough pizza bases
- 120 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 120 g Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 120 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
- 120 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
- 2 Paris mushrooms
Preparation
- Shape the pizza dough into circles with a diameter of 25 cm.
- Spread Boursin® Professional Cuisine on the pizza bases, then distribute Boursin® Professional Frozen Dices and add the Kiri® Professional and The Laughing Cow® Professional on top.
- Bake in a pizza oven.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with mushroom shavings.
