  1. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and squeeze Boursin® Professional Squeeze on both halves of the bread.
  2. Cut the carrots, snow peas, and tomatoes into a julienne. Layer the vegetables over one half of the bread.
  3. Prepare the pickled red onions: peel and thinly slice the red onions, blanch them in boiling salted water for 4 seconds, then immerse them in lemon juice for 20 minutes. Rinse them with water.
  4. Arrange the pickled red onion rings on top of the vegetables.
  5. Add the sliced kebab meat over the onions.
