Ingredients
- 1 kebab bread
- 30 g Boursin® Professional Squeeze Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese sauce
- 10 g carrots
- 10 g snow peas
- 10 g red tomatoes
- 15 g red onions
- salt
- 7 ml lemon juice
- 110 g kebab meat
Preparation
- Cut the bread in half lengthwise and squeeze Boursin® Professional Squeeze on both halves of the bread.
- Cut the carrots, snow peas, and tomatoes into a julienne. Layer the vegetables over one half of the bread.
- Prepare the pickled red onions: peel and thinly slice the red onions, blanch them in boiling salted water for 4 seconds, then immerse them in lemon juice for 20 minutes. Rinse them with water.
- Arrange the pickled red onion rings on top of the vegetables.
- Add the sliced kebab meat over the onions.
