Ingredients

  • 1 focaccia bread
  • 60 g Boursin® Cuisine Truffle Flavour
  • 45 g sundried cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g zucchinis
  • 50 g green asparagus
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 5 g basil leaf

Preparation

  1. Generously spread the Boursin® Professional Cuisine –
    Truffle Flavour base over the focaccia base.
  2. Wash the zucchini gently, then slice it. Season with salt,
    pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Grill the green asparagus on both sides using a chargrill
  4. Arrange the grilled asparagus on the focaccia, and top
    with sun-dried cherry tomatoes. Add the zucchini
    evenly across the bread.
  5. Finish your focaccia with fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of
    olive oil, and a sprinkle of crunchy wild sea salt.
