- 1 focaccia bread
- 60 g Boursin® Cuisine Truffle Flavour
- 45 g sundried cherry tomatoes
- 30 g zucchinis
- 50 g green asparagus
- 25 g olive oil
- 5 g basil leaf
Preparation
- Generously spread the Boursin® Professional Cuisine –
Truffle Flavour base over the focaccia base. - Wash the zucchini gently, then slice it. Season with salt,
pepper, and olive oil. - Grill the green asparagus on both sides using a chargrill
- Arrange the grilled asparagus on the focaccia, and top
with sun-dried cherry tomatoes. Add the zucchini
evenly across the bread. - Finish your focaccia with fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of
olive oil, and a sprinkle of crunchy wild sea salt.
