Mango smoothie

This dessert drink is a smoothie with the rich and creamy texture of a milkshake. The frozen mango is topped up with water, vanilla ice-cream and Kiri® Professional Cooking & Spreading. Some honey is added to provide extra sweetness. Then, the flavour is enhanced by putting some mango sauce on top.

  • 80 g mangos
  • 3 g lemon juice
  • 8 g granulated sugar

  1. Using a stick blender, blend the mango, lemon juice and granulated sugar until smooth.

The smoothie

  1. Blend the frozen mango, vanilla ice-cream, Kiri® Professional honey, lemon juice, water and ice cubes.
  2. Mix until the texture is sherbert-like.
  3. Pour the smoothie in two glasses.
  4. Add a few spoonfulls of sauce. Serve immediately.
