This dessert drink is a smoothie with the rich and creamy texture of a milkshake. The frozen mango is topped up with water, vanilla ice-cream and Kiri® Professional Cooking & Spreading. Some honey is added to provide extra sweetness. Then, the flavour is enhanced by putting some mango sauce on top.

The sauce
- 80 g mangos
- 3 g lemon juice
- 8 g granulated sugar
The smoothie
- 225 g frozen mango
- 90 g vanilla ice-cream
- 90 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
- 36 g honey
- 7 g lemon juice
- 240 g water
- 210 g ice cubes
Preparation
The sauce
- Using a stick blender, blend the mango, lemon juice and granulated sugar until smooth.
The smoothie
- Blend the frozen mango, vanilla ice-cream, Kiri® Professional honey, lemon juice, water and ice cubes.
- Mix until the texture is sherbert-like.
- Pour the smoothie in two glasses.
- Add a few spoonfulls of sauce. Serve immediately.
