Ingredients
- 430 g risotto rice
- 20 ml olive oil
- 20 g garlic
- 154 g onions
- 308 g pumpkin cubes
- 19 ml vegetable bouillon
- 1080 ml water
- 92 g peas
- 154 g spinach leaves
- 123 g Kiri® Professional Cooking and Spreading
Preparation
- Sauté the rice with olive oil until transparent.
- Add the garlic, onions and pumpkin cubes.
- Allow the mixture to cook for 15 minutes.
- Dilute the bouillon in water.
- Moisten the risotto by regularly adding liquid until 3/4 of the cooking time.
- Then, stir in the peas, spinach and cook for another 12 minutes.
- Dilute the Kiri® Professional with the bouillon and incorporate the mixture into the risotto.
