- 2000 g frozen julienne vegetable mix
- 3000 g frozen broccolis
- 5 frozen savoury puff pastry crusts
- 10 g salt
- 10 g pepper
- 800 ml liquid eggs
- 1200 ml milk
- 1000 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
Preparation
- Place the julienne vegetables and broccoli in the steam oven at 90°C for 5 minutes, drain.
- Divide the vegetables among the crusts.
- In a mixer, mix the salt, pepper, eggs, milk and Boursin® Professional Cuisine.
- Fill the pie crusts with the mixture and bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
- Serve in a suitable serving platter.
