  1. Chops the onions finley and sauté in the olive oil.
  2. Finely chop the chicken breast and marinate with the lemon zest.
  3. Pan fry the chicken over high heat, caramelise with the honey and deglaze with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the chicken and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is fully caramelized.
  5. Toast the dark bread and spread with Boursin® Professional Squeeze.
  6. Assemble the club sandwich.
