- 415 g endives
- 60 g lamb’s lettuce
- 66 g Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 30 ml vinaigrette
Preparation
- Wash and chop the endives. Rinse the lamb’s lettuce.
- Mix the endives and lamb’s lettuce and put them in a suitable individual container.
- Sprinkle the Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice on top.
- Carefully pour the vinaigrette over the top.
