- 1 pizza crust
- 60 g tomato sauce
- 40 g cooked poivrade artichokes
- 100 g pizza cheese
- 10 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 30 g bresaola
- 10 g button mushrooms
- 10 g basil leaves
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread a layer of tomato sauce.
- Arrange the artichoke hearts, pizza cheese and finish with Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of baking, add the bresaola slices on top.
- Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, immediately garnish it with thinly sliced button mushrooms and a few fresh basil leaves.
