Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 60 g tomato sauce
  • 40 g cooked poivrade artichokes
  • 100 g pizza cheese
  • 10 Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 30 g bresaola
  • 10 g button mushrooms
  • 10 g basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and spread a layer of tomato sauce.
  3. Arrange the artichoke hearts, pizza cheese and finish with Boursin® Professional Frozen Dice.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes of baking, add the bresaola slices on top.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  7. Once out of the oven, immediately garnish it with thinly sliced button mushrooms and a few fresh basil leaves.
